Tallgrass Estate Planning is about simplicity and family.

I started this home-based firm as a way to spend more time with my wife, daughter, and newborn son. While my job as an attorney is an important one, it cannot compare to the significance, challenge, and gratification of being a husband and father. Basing my operations at home allows me to balance these roles in a way that works best for me and my family. 

I share this with you for two important reasons:

First, if you are thinking about your estate plan, you are thinking about protecting and preserving what is most important to you - your people, your assets, your values, and your choices. There is no expensive building or large support staff. This means that I am able to provide you a custom and robust estate plan at a fraction of the cost of traditional law firms.
